installation for wiko base v 10/11, if you have any of our custom roms kitkat
reboot to recovery , TWRP or PHILZ also, both are working:

wipe data /factory reset
wipe cache
wipe dalvik cache
install zip from sd card:::::::::::::::download MIUI 6 CF::::::::::::::::::::::::
reboot
go to recovery and flash GOOGLE STORE FIX:https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=95916177934556255
reboot.
go to recovery again and flash GPS FIX see my previous post here in this
